Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Careful not to overcook. Do not rinse noodles.
6 ounces Egg Noodles
In a large skillet, brown ground beef until all the pink is removed, drain and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.

Add beef broth to the paste and whisk continuously to remove any lumps. Continue to stir until the sauce starts to thicken. Slowly whisk in milk and continue to simmer over medium until sauce thickens again.

Stir in salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the sauce.
½ teaspoon Salt, ½ teaspoon Pepper, ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder, ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
Reduce heat to low. Stir in the egg noodles and ground beef.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
¼ cup Sour Cream
Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
